Q	What qualifications required for membership card?
	People who will depart Korea and have a proper passport can apply for a VIP card at the information desk and get a card on the spot. They can then use it immediately at our duty free store.
Q	How can I pay offline?
	Credit cards, Korean money (\), $US, ￥, Yuan (100 unit) are acceptable.
Q	Which is cheaper? Purchasing online or offline?
	They are generally the same, but the Internet duty free store offers promotional events and various member discounts, so there can be price differences between the two stores.
Q	Where should I contact to ask questions?
	For other inquiries, call the offline customer center 02) 399-3000, and we will provide you with detailed help.
Q	What documents are required to buy products?
	You need your passport, airline ticket, and an order paper or order number to buy your products.
Q	Where are the delivery locations?
	You can receive your products at the delivery location of Donghwa Duty Free Store located between Departure Gates 28 and 29 of Incheon International Airport.
Q	What are the available shopping hours? (departure)
	You can shop one day before your departure, but if you shop on the day of departure: -If departing from Incheon Airport and Gimpo Airport 14:30 before departure/ until 10:50 16:30 before departure/ until 12:50 19:30 before departure/ until 15:50, When going to the USA and Europe, purchasing liquid products on the day of departure is restricted. Please call the duty free center (02) 399-3000) for inquiries.
Q	What should I do if I change or cancel departure?
	In the case of Incheon Aiport and Gimpo Airport you should notify two days before departure. For other departure sites, you should notify 4 days before departure over the phone. Please contact the person in charge of duty free (02) 399-3000) or a related store.
Q	If departure is confirmed,when can I shop offline?
	Once a departure date is decided, you can begin to shop two months before departure. In the case of Incheon Airport and Gimpo Airport departures, you can shop until one day before your departure. For other airports or travel by ship, you should check with the duty free office (02) 399-3000).
Q	Gift certificates that can be used at offline.
	Lotte Department Store, Galleria Department Store, GS Caltex gift certificate, Hyundai Oil Bank, and the Korea Travel Gift Certificate are acceptable. In the case of Louis Vuitton and Hermes, a maximum of 500,000 won is payable with a gift certificate.
