As Korea's first duty free shop, that was opened in Seoul in 1973, Dongwha Duty Free Shop has been selling world-class famous brands, as well as famous Korean brands, to foreign tourists visiting Korea and to Koreans travelling overseas. We have also greatly contributed to the development of the Korean tourism industry.

In order to provide the most satisfactory services to our customers, Dongwha Duty Free Shop has introduced a state-of-the-art customer management and distribution system.

We are operating an integrated computerized system that goes from the product ordering steps to the steps of incoming and outgoing shipment management, inventory management, bonded transportation, and delivery.

The goals of such efforts are for us to become Korea's representative duty free shop by leading the modernization of the management of Korea's duty free shops, and by driving the development of the Korean tourism industry.
